Mr. Philip Mututa, Executive Director of Zambian College of Open Learning (ZAMCOL), visited African Council for Distance Education (ACDE) Secretariat in Nairobi from Thursday 4th July to Friday 5th July, 2013.

During the visit, Mr. Mututa held routine discussions with the Executive Director, Prof. Mutale Musonda, and Senior Programme Officer (Monitoring & Evaluation), Dr. Rotimi Ogidan. After the Nairobi visit, Mr. Mututa proceeded to Dar-es-laam for discussions with the ACDE Executive Board President and Vice-Chancellor of the Open University of Tanzania (OUT), Prof. Tolly Mbwette. These discussions were centred on OUT building staff capacity in ODL method at ZAMCOL.
